Nope. I also thought that Balenciaga designed LEIGHTON MEESTER'S dress for the VMA'S. But the didn't. It was Christian Cota. Wow! With the sparkly metal-like design, it's a definite mix of Balenciaga and Rodarte. Don't you think?
