I always knew Lady Gaga had a different fashion sense, and I've seen a lot of her costumes. But I've never seen this before! I mean look at this! She covered in bubbles! Did she just come out of the bath? OR did she buy too many bottles at a store and caused an accident? Who knows? But this costume is something else.
